If you can play it right, that is to buy low and sell high, you can make money in YTLE's price fluctuation.
In this example, if you were to buy at 1.30 on Oct 29, 2010 and sold it on Nov 9, 2010 at 1.78. For 10,000 shares, you can make 4573.96 within 7 working days.
The reason of buying is because we can witness a doji sign on Oct 28, 2010.
The market underwent a 18 working days of correction before it rose another 4 trading days.
This time if you were to buy 10,000 shares at 1.16 on Dec 8, 2010 and sold at 1.36 on Dec 13, 2010, you will be richer by 1815.24. Market just went up 0.20.
We see a doji on Dec 17, 2010. Is it another round coming?
On Dec 22, 2010, it is priced at 1.32 at 3.22pm. It went down to 1.28 but still higher than the low it has achieved on Dec 17, 2010
On Dec 23, 2010, it is priced at 1.28 at 5pm. It opened at 1.31 and came down to 1.27, it has a slight rebound at closing.
Well, is it a buy for rebound?
On Dec 27, 2010 at 3:23pm, it is priced at 1.25. No action yet, still need to wait for a while.
Dec 28, 2010 at 10:46am, YTLE is priced at 1.27, it seems to have reverse. Give sometime for market accumulation.
I am still watching YTLE(0009). It is priced at 1.29 at 3:26 pm. It has moved a little bit just because YTLpower(6742) moved 4 cents to 2.49.
Today is Dec 30, 2010. YTLE is priced at 1.28 at 12:29pm. I checked the chart just now, there is a doji on Dec 28, 2010 and the RSI yesterday was recorded at 49.34% trending upwards. If my reading is right, it should at least challenge the recent high of 1.38. If you buy now at 1.28 saying 10,000 and dispose at 1.38, you can make a small profit of Rm 805.42. If you wanted more profit, of course, you need to wait longer. I am talking short-term trading and short-term profit and just buying 10,000 shares, you will make 6.29% of return. That is good.
If it does not move, then how? Well, it is a matter of time. If it does not move, it will mean that I am wrong and you have to wait longer. Trading or investing in the market carried certain risk. I am writing what is in my mind. I am not asking you to buy. You need to consult your remisier before you invest or buying any stock.
I am asking you to read the chart. Don't buy any stock if you don't read the chart. If you don't know how to read a chart, go and attend a class.
